BOE Launches Leaders Team

Just about everything Boise Office Equipment does is driven by a single ideal: create a better customer experience. The recently launched ‘Leaders Team’ program is another example of how BOE ensures that this ideal is met.

The criteria used for selecting the newly formed 14-member in-house team were based on two components: expertise and experience. BOE wanted the Leaders Team to be a solid mix of both the seasoned as well as the informed from within its ranks. The team’s objective: review internal and external processes at BOE and determine whether they provided the kind of customer experience BOE has committed itself to providing over the past forty years. If they discover expectations are not being met, they are to implement improvements as quickly as possible. Areas the team have initially focused their attention on were billing, service, and inventory.

To date, the Leaders Team effort has been a huge success and has been favorably received not only by BOE employees but by BOE customers as well. According to one team member, “this project is an on-going endeavor and one that will impact every department within BOE favorably as new and innovative ways are found to improve our customer’s experience.”
