I’ve been working with BOE for 5 years. In that time we’ve moved all of our printer service and support to them. Our rep, Tobin Bartholomew, has always provided us with excellent customer service and always made sure we had the support we needed to keep our printers running. Working with BOE has given us a great deal of flexibility by allowing us to choose the correct printer for our needs instead of being locked into a particular vendor. They’ve also been extremely helpful by providing demo units to allow us to make sure we were choosing the correct product before we purchased it. At the end of the day, it’s not really about the brand, but people behind it. Over the past few years the brands may have changed, but the people, the customer service and the support have always been excellent.
