Terry Moore recently joined Boise Office Equipment as a Major Accounts Supervisor. Moore is no stranger to the copier industry and has spent almost 20 years working for high-end copier manufacturers in both Southern California and the Treasure Valley as a high-volume sales representative. He is the recipient of numerous sales awards including the Circle of Excellence, Johnson & Johnson’s Winner Circle, the Presidents Club and the Silver Primus Council, which is only awarded to sales individuals who are in the top 10% in the country.

Just about everything Boise Office Equipment does is driven by a single ideal: create a better customer experience. The recently launched ‘Leaders Team’ program is another example of how BOE ensures that this ideal is met.

Boise Office Equipment recently installed a new program to better serve its clients. The program, which is specifically designed to display the location of service technicians while they are in the field, helps to expeditiously assign these technicians to customers calling for assistance with inventory or service support who are in close proximity to their current assignment.

Vicky Weimar has been promoted from administrative manager to vice president of operations at Boise Office Equipment. Her responsibilities will include all non-revenue-generating responsibilities for BOE’s warehouse, inventory, logistics and administrative functions. Ms. Weimar has been employed at Boise Office Equipment for the past nine years and has extensive experience in the copier industry.

Boise Office Equipment proudly announces the selection of Steve Colburn, Professional Services Manager, as a committee member of Indianapolis based Infodynamics Board of Advisors because of his contributions and expertise in the electronic records management. As an advisory board member, Colburn will provide InfoDynamics with valuable input and guidance regarding the development of new product lines, sales, marketing, communication and customer service.

Mike Shannahan, former majority owner of Boise Office Equipment has re-joined the organization as a consultant on major account partnerships and business-to-business efforts. Shannahan is a well-known and highly respected sales representative in the copier industry and spent the last 40 years securing and servicing customers in the Treasure Valley prior to his retirement. Boise Office Equipment is glad to be able to work with Shannahan again and to be able to have access to his extensive expertise.
